Leeland D. Thompson, was born  in Memphis, Tennessee but is a long time resident of Mississippi. He has been a lead and bass guitarist since the age of 8, and has played professionally since the age of 18. Leeland has also arranged and produced a various number of musical collectives all across the globe. Leeland currently serves as the lead guitarist for John P. Kee  &  New Life Community Choir, Darrel Petties & Take 2, and Darrel Petties & SIP. Leeland is endorsed by PRS Guitars; Juicy Ears; Alclair Audio,  just to name a few.   Leeland is a  recipient of  the Golden Triangle Awards, Male Musician Of The Year(2023).  While Leeland is between tour dates, he offers the opportunity for others to learn from him and utilize his services.
